Devlog #20 - SYNTHADOME Version 1.6: Weapon of Choice
SYNTHADOME Version 1.6 brings a host of new changes and additions:
- Expanded choice consequences
Choices made across the game now have greater consequences that will directly affect player stats, either positively or negatively.
- Updated visuals
The visuals across all levels have received a significant overhaul. including assets within all levels, as well as a visual overhaul of certain UI elements, such as the scrap counter.
- Shotgun enhanced
The shotgun's three-shot spread felt very underpowered, as it turns out the fix for this was relatively straightforward: instead of a three-shot spread, make it a five-shot spread. This small change greatly enhances the feeling of using the shotgun as a sweeping weapon.
- Updated audio
All levels now come with background tracks.
- Enemy drops
Enemies now have a very small chance of dropping a health pack.
